Charming stay at the Docks
helpful staffabundant breakfastquiet premise
The staff were so helpful. They provided quick assistance with luggage storage. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, it was abundant (especially the pastries). The premises were very clean and quiet. This promoted rest.
The corridors were slightly dark, it made navigation a little difficult.

The staff offered immediate help with any questions. They quickly arranged transportation. Concierge service was available at all times. It made logistics easier. The staff were cute and friendly.

The room had a modern design. It was spacious. The bathroom was very big. It featured a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The bed was large and comfortable, promoting good sleep.

The hotel offered good parking at a reasonable price. The breakfast had plenty of choices. It catered to various dietary needs (i am celiac). The hotel had a great atmosphere, especially in the bar area.

I was a bit let down by the room service. i tried ordering a late-night snack, but the kitchen was already closed, even though the menu said it should have been open. this limited the options available and was rather frustrating after a long day. the tv remote in my room didn't work properly. I struggled to change channels or adjust the volume. it made relaxing in the room more difficult than it needed to be, remote control issue

The rooms were very spacious. i noticed the walk-in showers are powerful and easy to use. The restaurant is first class. the food was fantastic, though the wait time was long.
I found the breakfast expensive. A small bowl of yogurt cost a lot.
