The staff were responsive. They were always ready to go above and beyond to ensure comfort. they managed to locate my lost glasses at atlantis the royal and brought them back in less than an hour. there was personalized service and genuine care throughout my stay, i felt valued.
the room's colors were a little rococo, i found them very unappealing.

a lovely stay
excellent designspecial diningattentive concierge
I recently spent several nights there and it was great! the hotel's design is excellent and creates a feeling of being in a unique space. manilla and our personal concierge were attentive and responsive. they arranged special dining experiences and catered to all my needs. They even found my lost glasses and returned them quickly!
The hotel did not inform me about what was complimentary with the room. This included access to wild wadi, and tours.

the gyms have great equipment, including both mixed and women's only areas. the private reformer pilates class was a fun experience that i did while on-site. i found these facilities to be well kept and they enhanced my stay.

the staff provided unique touches and fun surprises! they learned my preferences and remembered them throughout my visit. this attention to detail elevated the entire experience. everyone was fantastic and efficient, especially the butler, jaycee.

Anaëlle from Guest Relations greeted us warmly upon arrival. She swiftly escorted us to our suite and completed the check-in process there. (I found this particularly helpful after a long flight.) She offered a full hotel tour, detailing everything from dining options to the spa's features.

the butlers provided really good care making everything feel effortless i really appreciated all the personalized touches. victoria at the front desk ensured a smooth, seamless experience from the beginning i felt very welcome.
waiting for elevators alongside many tourists was a challenge tourists paying a day rate were there. i felt that affected the exclusivity i expected for that price.

Our anniversary felt magical there! the hotel provided a ferrero rocher cake that tasted divine. there were beautifully crafted greeting cards. lunch at sal restaurant included a private tour of the pool area. The cabanas gave a hidden paradise feeling.

The service was amazing! erin were pretty good when he learned it was our anniversary. He decorated our table with rose petals and surprised us with a beautiful rose. i felt respected and cared for . the tour around the other hotels and resorts was wonderful, and the buggy service made getting around so easy.
the breakfast buffet's menu remained the same on both days.
