the breakfast was acceptable , with a variety of options.
the air conditioning was inadequate , and i could not open the sealed windows in my room to ventilate the space. there was also a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke , . the hotel , therefore , did not provide value for money given these issues.

The hotel lobby featured comfortable sofas. There were beautiful floral setups. I also liked how the hotel cleaned the room every day. The cleaning team asked multiple times if I needed the room cleaned, a very attentive gesture.
I had to wait until 3 PM for check-in. I requested an earlier check-in many times. I arrived at 1:20 PM and kept requesting a room. Staff repeatedly told me to wait another 20 minutes. My luggage only arrived after 4 PM after I spoke with the front desk.

i felt pampered by the service. the front desk staff were attentive to my needs. kadir, the doorman, always ensured a taxi was available. the housekeeping staff kept everything immaculate.
The gym required purchasing a swimming cap for pool access. I did not know this beforehand and it was slightly inconvenient.

The service from the concierge team (Osman, Hakan, Ozkan). They provided helpful information and guidance about the best places to see. Esraa and Irem were also very helpful. They answered all my questions. The hammam was great and I thought the service was very prompt.
The hotel feels a little old. I think it is time for some freshening up. I expect something fresher and more modern for a hotel. The area where the hotel is located is not the best. I had to take a taxi to get to livelier streets.
