The hotel matched the description perfectly. Our bungalow with a shared pool felt private. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff provided perfect customer service throughout our stay.
The check-in process was a bit slow. I would have liked to reach my room more quickly after a long flight (but it wasn't a big deal).

The location is a short distance from the airport and nearby villages. the area has multiple restaurants and attractions. This makes getting around very straightforward. the hotel also provides convenient access to local amenities and sights.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and ready to assist with any request. ioanna was fantastic and seemed to be everywhere ensuring everything ran smoothly. kostas from the cabana bar was also noteworthy for his really good service.

the rooms are spacious and very clean. the cleaning staff visits every day, providing fresh towels and restocking the fridge. premier pool view rooms are very nice with all necessary amenities provided for a comfortable stay.
