amazing pool beautiful rooms rubbish menu menu selection

The adult pool area WAS sublime. The pool is the best I have seen. The rooms were the most beautiful hotel rooms I have EVER been in (i never wanted to leave!).

The menu offered an American style rubbish menu and food matched. They can't even make a nice salad. It WAS highly disappointing. I think they could improve their menu selection.

the staff was generally pleasant and helpful. i especially liked the cleanliness of the rooms, it was very tidy.

the mini bar was not restocked for three days. i also waited fifteen minutes at the adult pool bar just to place a drink order.

This hotel is very nice! the gardens are lush and beautiful, i especially loved the citrus trees. the front desk staff were awesome. They gave me very good service.

the mini bar wasn't restocked for 3 days even after i asked repeatedly. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

Really good Stay, A Return Visit Delivers

maintained pool friendly staff attentive staff

The pool area was well maintained. Service to your sunbed included complimentary waters and snacks during the day. Sun beds all had towels ready on them. The poolside restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Bar staff in the evening were superbly attentive (a nice touch).

They did try to make up for things later, but the first impression was not good.
