The rooms was shabby and needing upgrades immediately. The food quality fell short of expectations. The coffee machine had issues.

i found the reception area beautiful, with lovely gardens and a nice pool area. the staff were attentive in every department, including grounds, catering, cleaning, and reception. muna gave me a wonderful massage at the spa. there was a good variety of food available and the grounds offered plenty of room for everyone.
the bath in my standard room needed re-enamelling. i expect there is a refurbishment program in place.

the team was constantly cleaning and maintaining the hotel and gardens. animation staff provided many activities. guests can relax if they prefer. the toilet did not flush initially but was fixed quickly within ten minutes.

The animation team was active by the pool. They organized water activities .
The bathroom was very disappointing. The bath taps were loose (not properly attached to the wall). The bathroom door also did not close. The toilet had issues flushing, which staff repaired three times . This disrupted the peace.

Wonderful Moroccan Stay

The hotel's Moroccan decor was very authentic. The reception area had a glamorous design. The sun drenched terrace was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They really made the holiday special, especially the interaction with children at this family friendly resort.
The sun beds were somewhat uncomfortable! though this was a minor issue.

The hotel had very local touches. The grounds were very well-kept and beautiful. I really liked being a bit removed from the city for a relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. It was a nice escape.

The food was varied. There were many tasty options at every meal! it catered to diverse tastes. I found the quality of the drinks was very good and there was always something that I liked.

The staff were very attentive in all departments! including grounds, catering, cleaning, and reception. The housekeeping staff in the Acacia Ryad did an excellent job, which I greatly appreciated, as they kept everything very clean and tidy for our entire stay.

The pool area was lovely. There were many sunbeds available. Shady spots were also available. The animation team provided many activities, and there was something for everyone, if you wanted to participate.
