a decent stay overall
maintained garden green ground large pool lukewarm food pressured staff long wait
i stayed for several nights and found the gardens well maintained. they had nice flowers and greenery throughout the grounds. the main pool was large and clean. i also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service into town. it saved on taxi fares.
the food at the buffet was often lukewarm i noticed. this made it less enjoyable. the staff seemed under pressure especially during peak hours. i frequently had to wait for drinks.

fresh ingredients mineral water great selection
The room included a minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. Two bottles of fresh mineral water were left in the room. The all-inclusive option provided a great selection of food and drinks at all times. Every meal seemed like a treat, with fresh ingredients.
Sometimes, I had to wait a little longer than expected at the bar.

relaxing escape
well kept garden calm atmosphere available cabanas
the hotel grounds were very nice. there were palm trees, gardens and little lakes. landscaping was great everywhere, i enjoyed the quiet and calm. there were loads of cabanas and i had no issues getting sun beds throughout the stay.
i found a few parasols round the adult pool to be broken, it made finding shade difficult.

Staff in the bar were great. Meriem and hassan were especially attentive. zouhair provided excellent guest service, always helpful and friendly. amjad at the swimming pool provided excellent assistance making sure everyone was looked after well.

the room included air conditioning that worked very well . bedding and towels were changed regularly by the housekeeping team. disposable slippers were provided, and i found the bed firm. but very comfy.

I loved the fresh moroccan breads made each morning at breakfast. the pizza from the pizza oven was superb. It was freshly made. the hotel offered a daily lunch and dinner hot coal bbq.

the hotel features two good-sized pools. the gym was well equipped, providing everything needed for a workout. the hotel ran a shuttle bus into the medina regularly allowing convenient access to local attractions, it was perfect.
