The rooftop pool access was amazing, especially since it had great city views. i enjoyed the breakfast variety. There were so many options available each morning (pancakes!). the location of the hotel was also very convenient. it was close to many attractions and made getting around very easy.
the balcony door didn't close completely, so city noise was noticeable at night.

The staff at the door did not open the car door when i arrived. I had to get out myself. the bathroom drainage in the room was poor, with an unpleasant odor, and the linens smelled strongly of fabric softener. also, the room layout was bad. It felt small and cramped, despite its size.

Excellent downtown stay

I found air conditioned walkways connecting this hotel to the mall, the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The hotel offered luxurious and modern spaces. I had a junior suite with beds for two children. The rooftop pool had lovely views with available loungers. The ground floor family pool provided shade in the hot afternoons.
The towels in my room had cuts, which I thought was unusual for a hotel of this level.
