i found the staff to be quite professional. the area was quiet, which i valued. the room i had was clean and well kept. althea at the front desk ensured a smooth check-in process.

the room was spacious and clean it had a separate shower and tub. the breakfast had lots of variety the staff were friendly and helpful especially lovely and manika. the pool area was nice the valet and bell service were accommodating.

i experienced a severe skin reaction shortly after sleeping in the room it was likely caused by bed bugs. the minibar was empty for the first three days despite multiple requests. this was inconvenient and detracted from my stay.

Acceptable stay, a few issues noticed

My room was a Superior King Room Sea View. The room size was adequate. I liked that the bed was comfortable for sleeping.

The air conditioning was not very effective during the afternoon. The pillows needs replacement. They were not comfortable. I also think that pool should be bigger, because gets crowded easily.
