decent stay at this hotel

i found the pools spacious. one by the spa was peaceful and reserved for adults. the breakfast offered a large variety, nice. i especially liked that there was a kids' club for families.
the terraces of the rooms are very small. once the two chairs and the table are in place, it is nearly impossible to sit comfortably. many guests reserve sun beds around the pool early in the morning without remaining there. the management does not do anything to manage this practice.

the pools were excellent!
I encountered several issues . The air conditioning was ineffective, leading to uncomfortably warm nights. the safe in my room was non-functional and the bathroom door would not close properly. I found this quite inconvenient.

i had mixed experiences. our sliding doors did not lock and the fridge, which i needed for medication, did not work. we wasted hours waiting for this to be put right. the experience left me disappointed

oum aima gave us great recommendations for food! there were many restaurant options at the hotel and i loved the variety of food for breakfast. bahija, she was so lovely!
