i found that the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. it fluctuated noticeably, impacting my sleep quality. also, the selection of television channels was limited.. i expected more variety for an hotel of this caliber. i found only a few English-language news channels available, and the movie options were minimal.

the breakfast was good, it had lots of variety.

The bathroom smelled like sewage. the furniture outside was also dirty. i asked for a taxi and the concierge called one from across the road. I felt lost and frightened after the driver misled me. the staff showed no interest in my bad experience.
