Excellent Hotel Experience
great room awesome breakfast nice pool area
The room was a great Standard Double Room. Breakfast had very awesome options. The outside pool area was really nice I spent a day there, the hotel provided all I needed.

inconsistent temperature limited channels
i found that the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. it fluctuated noticeably, impacting my sleep quality. also, the selection of television channels was limited.. i expected more variety for an hotel of this caliber. i found only a few English-language news channels available, and the movie options were minimal.

efficient process friendly staff modern equipment
The check-in process was efficient. Staff members were friendly. The hotel gym included modern equipment. I noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
The hallway carpets showed some wear.

a mixed stay
dirty furniture misleading driver
the breakfast was good, it had lots of variety.
The bathroom smelled like sewage. the furniture outside was also dirty. i asked for a taxi and the concierge called one from across the road. I felt lost and frightened after the driver misled me. the staff showed no interest in my bad experience.
