rude staff birthday recognition
the room was clean the minibar was restocked regularly
i found the reception staff indifferent to guests at times they were almost rude no recognition was given for my birthday despite advance notice the hotel tried to overcharge us for a service but the charge was later reduced

clean pools friendly staff small gym early reservation
i stayed at this hotel for several nights and the pools were REALLY clean. the staff was always smiling. i also REALLY enjoyed the food they prepared FRESH.
The gym was small. it only had a FEW machines. getting a sunbed was tricky. Folks reserved them early with towels, annoying.
