I was delighted with the room upgrade (such a nice surprise!). The food refills available around the water park were really convenient. The aquarium within the hotel provided a unique and fine visual experience.
The reception area can get quite busy, making direct reporting of issues a little challenging.

The staff was attentive, they always greeted me with a smile. The restaurants provided a wide array of culinary options. The aquarium was a highlight, it offered a nice view of marine life. The private beach was expansive, it allowed for peaceful relaxation by the sea.
The water park was somewhat crowded at times, it occasionally led to longer wait times for the slides.

The staff answered all my needs quickly. my room had a fantastic view from a high floor. the food at both michelin starred restaurants was amazing. i especially liked spending time watching the aquarium in the hotel. It was well-kept.
The hotel was crowded. The waterpark lines were long. this. i wish the lines were shorter.

the regal suite club was spacious (it had a separate living area) and well-kept. the slippers included in the room were comfortable, better than usual for a hotel. i enjoyed the access to the waterpark. It was a fun bonus.
