oasis near the medina!
excellent locationrefreshing poolquality sun loungers
the location was superb! i was close to the medina. i loved the undercover souk. inside the hotel? a peaceful quietness, i swear. i enjoyed the refreshing pool and the sun loungers, always available, even though the hotel was busy.
the breakfast was the same every morning. there was no variation.

The lower pool area was a delight. I especially loved the trees and plants surrounding it. a hidden garden feeling. there were multiple restaurants that provided a range of choices, i really enjoyed the indian restaurant.

the location was great, right next to the square and shopping bazaar.
i was disappointed, because the breakfast service was frustrating. instead of fulfilling my order, the manager gave a lecture on how to order properly. i found that rude

The room included two separate sinks in the bathroom. The Junior Suite had a very spacious terrace with a pleasant view, which I valued a lot.
The hotel charged three times the normal taxi fare when I reserved transport from the airport.

perfect locationrooftop barcalm respite
The location is unbeatable. I found it so easy to walk to the main attractions. the rooftop bar was great after a day of exploring. The cocktails were AMAZING!!! the pools offered a calm respite. It was a perfect way to unwind.

the breakfast was great (especially the bread selection!).
The front desk staff seemed indifferent to requests, and their responses were often delayed. I had to ask for simple things multiple times. the room's coffee maker was broken and never replaced, despite my reporting it on the first day. the absence of readily available assistance detracted significantly from the experience.
