extensive knowledge beautiful room relaxing spa
i was genuinely grateful for the concierge team's extensive knowledge. they were helpful before and . my room was spacious and beautifully decorated. i found the spa treatments a true highlight.
the coffee pod situation felt quite restrictive , as replacements came with a charge.

Really good riad experience
great staff stylish hotel clean room
The staff were amicable. I asked them to plan a valentine surprise, they did a great job. The room was cleaned TWICE a day. The hotel is stylish.
My room was relatively small. There WAS no mirror inside the bedroom, only in the bathroom.

After spending several days dining out, I can say this restaurant offered the best food. The decor is lovely. The waiters were professional. The chicken tagine with oranges and apricots was a melt in your mouth dish, very refreshing.

missing mirror unexpected charge
the cooking class was excellent, lasting for three hours.
i encountered a few issues . the room lacked a mirror outside the bathroom (quite inconvenient). i also noticed we were charged for water i didn't ask for, and council tax on checkout felt unexpected. these little things impacted the overall experience, even though the food tasted good.

The hotel staff are SO helpful. They seem like genuinely good people and cannot do enough. The shuttle to the country club works great for cooking workshops and lazy pool days. The staff at the club treat you like royalty, cute you and placing towels on sun loungers.
The breakfast was not included. There was nowhere else to go, so I had it at the hotel every day. It was pretty much the same things EACH day. I wish there was more variety. the PILLOWS were more like cushions!

A Nice stay!
traditional décor calming courtyard
I enjoyed the traditional décor and the calming courtyard. The staff demonstrated very nice attentiveness. They addressed every request with a smile. The piano bar had a NICE selection. I found the drinks enjoyable. I also loved the location, steps from the vibrant medina.

The breakfast buffet offered a vast selection, from Moroccan msemen to custom-made eggs. Complimentary mint tea and sweets were available daily. The restaurant's terrace hosted live music. The atmosphere was lively and pleasant.

The hotel provides a shuttle to a country club with a pool. This allows a change of scenery. The traditional hammam offered a relaxing experience. It left me refreshed. The cooking class was fun. I learned to make authentic tagines.
