The staff were friendly and cute from the very beginning. Since it was my birthday, they surprised me with flowers and a cake in my room. It made my day extra special. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of high-quality and fresh options.
I noticed that the rooftop pool was open to the public with day passes, which occasionally made it difficult to find a deckchair.

i found the staff genuinely kind. they were always ready to help. breakfast included a huge choice, everything was of very good quality. the location i found perfect. it was very central and convenient for getting around.
i was very disappointing. i find no place at the pool. there were few deckchairs. i saw it was also open to the public with day passes.

The staff was attentive. the breakfast had a good variety of options. the pool area was quiet and relaxing. Sun shone all day long there.
the hotel is on the edge of town, which requires taxi rides. my balcony overlooked the busy road and the railway station. i found only one teabag of each different type in my room.

The staff was cute. Mr Abderrahim's welcome at reception was very warm. Check-in was smooth (this made arrival easy). The reception made a great suggestion to store surf boards in the luggage room.

The rooftop bar lacked any real drinks. Imagine my dismay. healthy drinks and hookah seemed to be the focus. also, the staff did not seem to care much. i found myself sleeping on a lobby couch because no one told me my room was ready. the couches design was awful it was not erganomically friendly.

the gym was decent. i found a treadmill, some free weights, and a couple of exercise bikes. my room had two sinks. there was a rainfall shower in the bathroom. air conditioning worked well.
the television remote seemed a bit unresponsive at times.

I found the staff attentive. The reception staff were ready to help with any questions. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room. It was always super clean. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing atmosphere with Fine views of the area.
The gym, while functional, lacked adequate air conditioning. It made workouts UNCOMFORTABLE, especially during peak hours. This impacted my fitness routine.
