a relaxing oasis
clean room airy space good food relaxing pool
i was charmed by how clean and airy my room was the amenities were regularly restocked and i found everything i needed i really enjoyed the food preparation i appreciated that there was a good choice for all tastes it was fun trying some moroccan wine i even treated myself to a hammam and massage which was divine i found the pool and courtyard perfect after touring the souk all day
i do have to say the breakfast lacked any fresh fruit even though the juice bars nearby were overloaded with pineapples and mangoes we eventually got some very unripe pineapple though

my solarium double room included a rooftop terrace it offered two sun beds and an umbrella the room was tastefully decorated and quite spacious this provided a very comfortable private area.

the hotel boasts amazing gardens i was delighted to discover some resident tortoises i enjoyed feeding them the pool was particularly lovely providing a tranquil spot to relax away from the city bustle.

this location is ideal for exploring i could easily walk to many sites the hotel seemed like an oasis of calm within the bustling medina providing a quiet retreat after a busy day.

peaceful garden helpful staff spacious room fresh pastry
i totally enjoyed the beautiful garden, it added such a peaceful and natural vibe! the super nice team and always around when needed. my room was so spacious and beautifully decorated with a really comfy large bed. breakfast was a real treat, i especially loved the fresh pastries!
the minibar wasn't restocked consistently, i found myself having to request refills sometimes

the hotel sits at the southern end of the medina. this provides a quieter setting which i found pleasant. it's also conveniently located near the airport.

the grounds were fine with lush gardens and many palms. i especially liked the turtles wandering around (they were so cute!). the outdoor spaces had private seating areas, a pool, and terraces, which i found good. the staff was excellent and always available to help with taxis, questions, and suggestions.
the bathroom window opened directly onto the street, so a streetlight shone in all night. the bathroom door did not fully close, annoying. there was no soundproofing between rooms. i could hear the people above me getting ready at 3am, and it seemed like they were in the same room.

beautiful garden great place friendly staff noisy a conditioning units awful juice
the hotel boasts a beautiful garden, it is great. the location is good as it is not far from the center. staff are very friendly and keen to help.
Our room overlooked some air conditioning units. It was quite noisy. the air conditioning turned off around 1:30 a.m. then restarted around 7 a.m. the breakfast available for our 4:15 a.m. departure was not ready on time. The orange juice tasted awful.

lush palm private seating excellent staff
The grounds contained many lush palms, gardens, and private seating areas. The outdoor spaces were a delight. The staff was excellent and available to call taxis or answer questions. Live music occurred in the evenings and lanterns lit the gardens.
The outdoor pool loungers could use more padding for enhanced comfort.

the outdoor area features a bar, it has a selection of drinks and excellent food. the bedrooms were a high standard. i consider the hotel within walking distance of jemaa el-fnaa.
the pool area loungers would be more comfortable with padding.
