the breakfast selection was great and offered a wide variety of choices. staff members at the front desk were helpful and cute. They ensured my needs were met.
I had some minor issues. the minibar wasn't always restocked daily, and sometimes counters were left unclean. i also noticed the absence of spoons or mugs when i tried to make tea. This occurred more than once.

The fitness center had a good variety of equipment. I saw a Pilates bundle there along with a spa. The location was AMAZING right next to Taksim and Istiklal.
