maria at the concierge was an immense help to me. she offered great tips on navigating the city, i planned my days with her guidance. the staff ensured my needs were met with excellent service.
the water in the room carried a charge, a departure from the complimentary offerings i usually find.

The staff was helpful. They upgraded our room from a Beautiful Sea View to a suite. The location is ideal with walking distance to major attractions. We found lots of restaurant options nearby.
The gym and spa have separate hours for men and women. This made it difficult to use the facilities together. We had to plan our schedule separately. This restriction limited our flexibility.

the hotel is a short walk to many major attractions. i reached several sites within 15 minutes. the staff demonstrated helpfulness and the premises maintained cleanliness. i found the location convenient for exploring the ottoman empire attractions.
The street near the hotel seemed a bit shady. I noticed it was not as well kept as other areas.
