city guidance excellent service helpful staff
maria at the concierge was an immense help to me. she offered great tips on navigating the city, i planned my days with her guidance. the staff ensured my needs were met with excellent service.
the water in the room carried a charge, a departure from the complimentary offerings i usually find.

The breakfast is on the top floor and gives a great sea view. I found the selection very good. they willingly provided traditional kaymak upon my request. The bagels were notably delicious.

the hotel is a short walk to many major attractions. i reached several sites within 15 minutes. the staff demonstrated helpfulness and the premises maintained cleanliness. i found the location convenient for exploring the ottoman empire attractions.
The street near the hotel seemed a bit shady. I noticed it was not as well kept as other areas.

the hotel staff was attentive. the rooms included all necessary amenities. the bell captain and team provided great advice each morning. i got complimentary water bottles every night and each morning when i left.
the private city tour i booked through the hotel did not include a tour guide, contrary to what was described.

the staff provided excellent service throughout the stay i found them consistently attentive and helpful the rooftop restaurant offered a wonderful view a great way to start the day at breakfast the room decoration was beautiful and the hotel ensured cleanliness throughout my stay the hotel's location provided easy access to major attractions simplifying my exploration of the area
the street where the hotel is located can be very busy and congested making it difficult to get in and out sometimes
