excellent service and location

perfect locationhotel staffamazing poolwater temperature
the location was perfect. i found it easy to explore nearby attractions. the hotel staff surprised my wife with flowers and a cake for her birthday. it was a nice first interaction. breakfast had a lot of choices. the rooftop had an amazing pool, food and vibe.
the water temperature in the shower fluctuated. it went from scolding hot to cold without warning. i would not let kids use those showers. you could easily burn yourself.

the breakfast team was great.
my laundry took over 30 hours to be returned despite paying for express service and dry-cleaning. all i got was a note. the receptionist wanted my friends to produce physical passports, he didn't accept electronic copies.

fine bedinconsistent temperature
the beds are ok.
the shower water pressure was weak, and temperature was inconsistent. it changed from scalding hot to cool with no warning. i would not allow kids use these showers, they could easily burn themselves.
