useless check-instrict policy
The 'skip the line' self check-in was useless. I could not get my room key. i still had to stand in the long line to check in (it was quite a wait). i also forgot my pillow after checking out. my daughter was still staying at the hotel, and i asked if she could pick it up for me. they refused. I had to come in personally to retrieve it.

slow check-inbasic decor
the check-in process took far too long. there was not enough staff available to handle the number of guests (i waited over an hour). this is not what i expect at a hotel. additionally, i found the room decor to be basic for the price paid. the hotel is somewhat removed from the center of the strip.

i stayed for a few nights and found it easy to walk to surrounding areas. the restaurants and shops offered everything i needed. it was a comfortable and safe experience (i felt very secure).

my room was big. it included two separate sinks. the rainfall shower worked great. i appreciated the super clean condition of everything. the many dining options made it easy to find food at any hour. the las vegas loop transportation to the convention center made traveling simple.
the hotel parking was confusing to me. it was difficult to understand where to go first. mobs of people were around, it was hard to find the check-in desk.

i definitely appreciated the proximity to the fashion mall. it made shopping so easy. the deuce bus stop nearby was super convenient, it allowed for easy strip access. the gym had excellent staff, and it was so clean.
I think that the check-in line sometimes got a little long. It was not a big deal though.

crossroads was a favorite, it offered something for everyone. wally's provided a vast wine selection, it was ideal for a quiet dinner. lady m delivered amazing mille crepes to the room, and i loved it.

this place is located along the strip, so you are close to everything. i found that i did not really have to leave the hotel, there was so much to do. it created an ideal setting for a nice experience.
