Registration WAS SUPER easy and room assignment matched MY request. There WERE no surprises at check-in thanks TO the digital process BEFORE arrival. THE room WAS clean and well maintained. BOTH shower and restroom WERE also very clean and towels WERE provided.
I THINK the rooms and surrounding areas could use SOME updating.

The room features a very comfy bed ensuring restful sleep and offers nice views even from lower floors, allowing enjoyment of the surroundings. It provides a quiet environment, important for relaxation. You will find the room both clean and easy to locate, facilitating a smooth experience. The room includes air conditioning.

The resort boasts excellent pool amenities suitable for families and relaxation with a lazy river that kids love. You will see a wave pool even though it does not allow tubes plus a dedicated shallow kids' pool area for younger children. The shark reef aquarium provides entertainment.

The location provides easy access to the football stadium and the soon-to-be-completed baseball stadium, a HUGE perk for sports fans. You WILL find its position on the quieter end of the boulevard offers a balance of relaxation and entertainment. The airport is near to the hotel.

check in was super smooth. staff looked very friendly. the rooms was very clean and very comfortable for me. i give thumbs up for the polite shuttle service, its drivers are professional.
the hotel is on the quieter side of things, it felt a little isolated.

the resort offers various pool options for all ages. i noticed the wave pool had a blue line for safety. the lazy river didn't have floats and they required purchase or bring your own, i saw a few sun umbrellas available with a separate charge.
