The hotel staff showed amazing kindness. Mehmet and Ozgen, the Manager, especially stood out with their professionalism and attentiveness. I was warmly greeted by Furkan upon arrival, whose knowledge and professionalism made an excellent first impression. The room was spacious and clean.
one of my belongings, a valuable handbag, went missing from my room. While the hotel management investigated, they offered no compensation or alternative solution. This situation raised concerns about security and accountability.

Security Concerns and Inconsistent Service

I found the security measures somewhat lacking after discovering an item missing from my room. The hotel staff did not offer to review security camera footage, very frustrating. This lack of assistance was disheartening. I also had issues with inconsistent service during breakfast. Staff often forgot requests, I would have to ask repeatedly for the same items.

the staff were helpful particularly karina from customer relations she always provided assistance i needed with genuine friendliness i found everything to be clean and fresh ensuring a comfortable environment i appreciated the well-trained staff at the front desk adding to the positive experience.
i encountered low ceilings throughout the hotel this design aspect detracted from the overall sense of spaciousness i have a preference for higher ceilings and this was a noticeable drawback.
