shower leakagelacking blackout
The bathroom was not well kept. The shower lacked proper sealing, so water leaked onto the floor during each use. This created a hazard. The lack of a blackout curtain also made it difficult to sleep, as the room was too bright early in the morning. I found these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay. I expect better attention to detail.

the location was convenient, near taksim square (it saved much travel time). the staff showed really good warmth and professionalism at all times. the rooms were maintained with great care, remaining super clean throughout my stay. i particularly enjoyed the plentiful breakfast.

The room cleaning was bad. The price felt too high for the room's quality. the room felt less than average and didn't meet expectations at that price point. i expected better attention to detail.
