fantastic hotel stay

friendly staffroom upgradeamazing servicelate opening
I felt very welcomed by the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. they upgraded my room, such a sweet gesture. the room was clean at all times, and the service provided was amazing. I am grateful. i really appreciated this kind action from the staff.
The pool did not open until late. This was not ideal for early morning swimming. the time of opening should be earlier. i wanted to swim before starting my day.

The gym included treadmills and stationary bikes. the breakfast had many options. the hotel had a spa and sauna, available to use. These were clean and very well maintained for guest use.

shower moldcold breakfast
the shower was not clean , with visible mold. i found the breakfast selection repetitive , and several items were often cold. the coffee machine in the room did not work properly , and it took two calls to get it replaced. this was frustrating , as i expected better maintenance.

comfortable vehiclesrude staff
The hotel arranged airport transfers using comfortable vehicles.
The shower was not functioning properly. The dial turned more than 360 degrees, and i could not adjust the water temperature. there was no hairdryer initially, and when i asked for one, the staff was rude.
