the palm view room had a good size , and the balcony was ideal for sitting and watching the fountain fire show. staff were personable and created a great space for the kids , they loved going back every day.
the infinity pool had a cover cost , it felt ridiculous to charge extra already checked into the hotel.

this place really impressed me it is not just lodging everything felt special the staff made me feel valued immediately hospitality was superb lounge access included unlimited drinks and snacks throughout the day milos greek restaurant had really good food and service.
the price point is a little high for what you get the value does not quite match the cost.

The Palmscape King Room offered ample space! It included a cozy balcony and modern decor. The bed was comfortable and provided restful sleep. I especially liked the efficient climate control system. It maintained a perfect temperature throughout my stay.
The check-in process was slow. It took nearly 30 minutes. More staff could help streamline the experience.

The hotel boasts multiple pools including a family pool and an adults-only infinity pool. Both have towel service. There is also a well-equipped gym that has treadmills, elliptical machines and free weights. All areas are well kept.

i enjoyed the variety of shopping stores and dining options available. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and healthy selections. the palm view from the room included a great fountain show i found captivating.
i noticed bathroom doors lacked handles i was careful not to trap my fingers.
