Check in was easy, rebeka take good care of we and it was smooth and quick. staff in general smiled and were cute. i loved the ladies uniform. The dress is elegant and matches the vibe of the lobby.
The food in the restaurant i don't recommend at all really. the breakfast food was not good. the toast was very old not fresh. I just went one day and the rest of days i didn't go.

The valet service was VERY slow. I waited almost thirty minutes for my car one evening. the room service menu felt limited (i expected more options). The food quality was inconsistent. One dish was great, another was mediocre. I did not feel the attention to detail matched the price point.

The staff at the pool, Anil and Milan, were helpful. They assisted guests and were attentive.
I also requested twin beds. This request was ignored. The room was ready much earlier than I was told. I found this out myself after calling. I am frustrated by these failures.

Lovely Setting and Modern Luxury

The infinity pool has panoramic views. It overlooks the skyline and the Arabian Gulf. Rooms are stylish (I found them very comfortable). The atmosphere felt fresh. The service was efficient. I think this hotel is an excellent choice for a short stay.
The check-in was slow. I had to wait about 15 minutes to speak with a receptionist. It was chaos. I hope they can improve the process.

The breakfast variety was excellent. It offered a balanced spread for all tastes. I appreciated the dedicated organic section and the fresh juice counter. These features added a vibrant start to my day (especially the juice).

The location is perfect. Bluewaters Island and the JBR Walk are within walking distance. There are endless choices of activities both day and night. Water sports, bars, restaurants and shopping are all very close.
