totally awesome stay!
prime locationprofessional staffamazing carebuffet options
the location is fabulous, near emirates palace and marina mall! the staff were so professional, especially christian. subrat took amazing care of our table, constantly clearing plates and offering coffee. the chefs made sure the buffets were always refilled and bursting with options (chef amal and chef indika are the real deal).
the air conditioning made a slight noise at times, but i quickly got used to it.

the hotel enjoys a great location, convenient for reaching popular attractions and offering scenic views, close to emirates palace and the marina mall with easy access. you can find many exciting places nearby, which definitely enhances the vacation experience.

the hotel restaurant provides excellent food and amazing service with a great breakfast option available. i was really impressed with the service from christian and his team (especially subrat). the breakfast at la-terazza restaurant was excellent.

Really good service and amenities

The hotel staff were very helpful. I especially want to thank the restaurant staff, Subrat, Christian, Richard, Asha, and Surya. They all did great work. Christian. Divine added a warm touch at La Terrazza during breakfast.
I found the infrastructure outdated. This was visible throughout the hotel.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety. I was impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Chef Priya, Chef Amal, Chef Indika, Chef Umesh, Chef Pradeep, and Chef Fatima deserve praise for the delicious meals (especially the pastries).

The service was really good. Staff members like Richard served well-prepared coffee. Khat and Siraj from the front office were very helpful. The concierge team (Amoudu, Furqan, Solomon, and Abdulie) assisted with luggage.

The hotel provides access to a nice beach. I enjoyed various services and fun activities on the beach. The gym is well-equipped. Lifeguards John, Fina, Bryan, Venkata, Prithivi, Laira, and Sheriffa ensured safety.

The breakfast featured excellent service. The buffet was clean. Chef Narayan and Chef Ashok maintained high culinary standards. The hotel offers many facilities. The pools were very well maintained. The rooms provide comfortable accommodation and bathrooms are also nice. Front office staff was professional. They were friendly. Their quick response to our requests is highly recommended.
The gym required crossing the road.
