the location was fantastic with the promenade just outside. the room was spacious and very clean. i found the service perfect and attentive and i felt very cared for .
the shower drain was blocked and water flooded the entire bathroom floor. it was quite inconvenient and needed immediate attention.

the poolside food selection was excellent and everything tasted fresh. the staff were friendly and ensured all our needs were met quickly. i particularly enjoyed the variety of light bites available near the pool.

the staff showed genuine care and were always available to assist. the housekeeping team ensured our room was super clean and comfortable. their prompt attention to detail enhanced our relaxation.

the breakfast buffet had many options. the service was excellent. ameer and somaya made sure our drinks were just right and served us with a smile. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the check-in process was slow. getting park tickets also took a long time. the room had a strange layout.

i enjoyed the excellent service i received. the crispy dosa station at breakfast was a game changer for me and my family. the location was perfect with walking distance from etihad arena. the staff were very polite and friendly , made the experience even better

poor designcluttered layout
The design of the hotel appears substandard. the layout of my beautiful room two double beds balcony bay view felt cluttered. the all-day dining area, where breakfast was served, lacked proper organization. Moving around during the breakfast rush proved nearly impossible.

I loved the free access to nearby theme parks. Shuttle buses made getting there easy. the breakfast offered a wide, well-balanced spread catering to various tastes. the quality and freshness of the food was great, and there were many options to choose from.
