poor soundproofingmissing information
I found some aspects needed improvement. The soundproofing between rooms must improved, as noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep on two nights. I found the lack of readily available information about hotel activities quite inconvenient. Staff did not proactively offer details, so I had to seek out information myself. It took time to learn about all the options available to me.

Fantastic Stay
great servicelovely kharismaexcellent team
Yousef was diligent. Hanna Turkan and Badar were kind. Hamad at the front desk were great too help. The beach staff was great, especially Sojib Bala Augusto Nico and Hanif. Raja Bala and Christy were wonderful in F&B service. Joana and Yasin were excellent in Rockfish. Kharisma in the lobby restaurant was lovely. Marli Sushmita and Sala in the club lounge worked hard to look after guests.
The air conditioning system sometimes made a slight noise which disturbed sleep slightly

Really good Facilities and Service

I enjoyed the really good food quality at every restaurant. The adult pool was beautiful and peaceful. Pool staff provided great service. I found the level of service perfect throughout the hotel. The gym staff greeted everyone with passion, made the training session more enjoyable.
I was disappointed that the sole child-free beach was restricted. I was told it is now reserved exclusively for Al Qasr residents. This restricted beach access was not communicated ahead of time. This was a core facility I valued.
