The hotel had direct access to the mall. the room was spacious and clean. i found the breakfast selection to be good with many options. i also appreciated the attentive service from the staff. They were always available and ready to help.
The gym was a bit small. I wish there was more equipment.

I appreciated the convenient access to the Mall of the Emirates. The breakfast buffet had many varieties. Staff were all very attentive and catered to my needs. They were also great with children (i saw them being very polite!).
The shower pressure was lower than I prefer.

the staff were very cute. the room was immaculate thanks to the housekeeping team. the breakfast was excellent. the direct access to emirates mall is a nice feature.
the air conditioning system seemed to have issues. i noticed a high level of humidity in the room. the sheets and carpets felt slightly damp

the lounge experience was great, with very nice staff. the gym and pool are great. the location is excellent, you have the mall for shopping and dining. i recommend it.
i noticed something wrong with their air conditioning. there was a high level of humidity in the room.
