The staff were always happy to help. the rooftop pool was beautiful. i used the shuttle service to mall of the emirates, very convenient. the hotel vibe was nice. But it was a little too loud
the breakfast was the same each day and became repetitive.

The breakfast buffet had SO many options. The staff acted immediately on every request.
I was very disappointed. Our room had damage. There were damaged tiles in the bathroom and a damaged iron. It was like the hotel rushed to open, and the quality wasn't what I expected.

I enjoyed the amazing rooftop pool. It had comfortable loungers. The hotel location had a nice beach. It was so clean.
My room faced the street and had some noise at night.

the breakfast was complete with well-done eggs. the rooftop pool is a great spot. the beach right in front has an amazing vibe with all the beach clubs.
there were limited sunbeds, and they weren't very comfortable. some sunbeds could not adjust (they were broken).
