I found the staff helpful and cute, always ready to assist with any request. Breakfast offered a wide array of choices. I especially appreciated the fresh omelets. The hotel's proximity to Ibn Battuta Mall provided easy access to shopping and dining. I found it very convenient. The metro station was a short walk away. This facilitated easy transportation throughout the city.
The gym equipment seemed a little outdated, but it was still functional.

The room featured contemporary decor, and it included a comfortable king-size bed. Two separate sinks, A rainfall shower, A spacious layout added convenience. The room was very clean, though, and well maintained throughout my stay.

The concierge service was efficient. It provided helpful information about local attractions. The reception staff offered quick assistance with check in and check out. Daily housekeeping ensured A tidy and refreshed room was something i appreciated.

i was particularly impressed by the hotel's connection to a large mall, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. staff members were consistently helpful and quick to respond to requests. the large rooms offered plenty of space and comfort, i found this very valuable . i also appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast options available.

Rose, Shalini, and Abdalla provided excellent service. The breakfast had diverse food choices. The kids club was a great perk. Dailia did wonderful art activities. I received a complimentary upgrade, which I really appreciated.
It was an outdated room design. Everything looked old.

The noise made sleep difficult I found. The room lacked essential amenities such as slippers. Shower gel was also not provided making the stay less comfortable than expected.

the hotel staff were very helpful (especially rose at the reception).
the room design felt outdated, giving everything an old appearance. the toilet was positioned uncomfortably between two walls. the air conditioning didn't cool effectively, and i think they should seriously consider renovating the whole hotel, especially the rooms.
