awesome location huge choice handy mini bus
the location is awesome! it is close to everything. i loved the breakfast because it had a huge choice of meals. they accommodated my requests too. i also like the mini bus to the mall and beach it was handy.

The location proved convenient. A complimentary bus took guests to key city areas. The staff demonstrated respect and were helpful. Breakfast offered many choices, (a real treat each morning).
I received little information at check-in about local attractions. Specific questions did not yield much detail.

the breakfast had a wide variety and it was good. the location was also excellent, being located in business bay.
upon arrival, my room had carpet stains and hairs on the mattress. the serviceman tried his best to clean, but some stains remained. this level of cleanliness is disappointing for a hotel that cost so much.

superb hotel experience
waterfront location burj view complimentary water excellent housekeeping
the hotel location is ideal near the waterfront area restaurants are a short walk away i found this very convenient the burj khalifa view from the room was excellent i had a clear vantage point i appreciated the complimentary water bottles available daily they were a thoughtful touch. housekeeping was excellent the room was consistently clean and well maintained i noticed this attention to detail throughout my stay the hotel had a mini supermarket nearby very convenient for purchasing snacks and other essentials i liked this accessibility. the gym is spacious it features several treadmills and elliptical machines for varied workouts this made it easy to maintain my fitness routine. i found the breakfast buffet really good i enjoyed the wide selection of both hot and cold items available each morning this was a great start to the day
the television channel selection was limited i was unable to connect my phone to the tv

the rooms were very clean and quite spacious. the amenities provided were lovely (i especially liked the high-quality toiletries). i appreciated the prompt response from the staff when i needed anything. the breakfast had super variety, a delicious way to start the day.

great location nice gym good breakfast inconsistent water slow response odd phone call
The hotel location was pretty good. I also found the gym to be nice. The breakfast was very good as well. This helped me start my days well.
The water temperature was not consistent. When I informed the staff, nothing happened for three days. I then asked to move rooms. This should have been addressed faster. I received a phone call in the new room. The staff told me the water was fixed.

The complimentary breakfast had a HUGE variety of options. My room had a walk-in shower and included complimentary bottled water. The hotel is located very close to many attractions.
