The gym has a great selection of equipment. I saw multiple treadmills and various weight machines there. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices (I liked the pastries). The hotel is near a supermarket, very convenient for getting snacks.
The view from my room was partly obstructed.

The receptionists were really nice and upgraded my room from a duplex to a suite. What a treat! the staff were cooperative and the dining was SO delicious!!! the hotel was super clean and neat. i especially loved the staff in the valley.
The check-in process took longer than expected. I spent at least 20 minutes waiting for everything to be organized. waiting that long was inconvenient after a long travel day.

The reception staff provided prompt and helpful assistance throughout my stay. the concierge service was also readily available to answer inquiries and offer directions. They were very professional and courteous. i really appreciated the quick service.
