The hotel has a prime location next to popular spots and a vibrant city atmosphere. I found it easy to walk to clubs and other attractions nearby. The room was quite nice. I appreciated the great view from the balcony. The rooftop area seemed underused, yet its accessibility added value.

The check-in process was a little slow, compared to other five-star hotels I have visited.

The room service was slow, and some requests I made were completely forgotten. I asked for extra towels that never arrived. The noise level from nearby streets was high. I could hear traffic clearly at all hours, the soundproofing could be better. The television had limited channel options. The selection was disappointing. the breakfast buffet had a variety of cheeses, fresh breads, pastries, fruits, veggies, salads, and moroccan dishes so there was something for everyone

The check-in was not smooth i had to wait longer than expected compared to other 5-star hotels. during check-in, i was asked to leave a review before even seeing the room which felt quite presumptuous. the pool service was also slow. It took 20 minutes and several requests to get towels
