the rooms felt old. the shower and sink were flooded when i arrived, though a plumber fixed it quickly. the weather was chilly, so the unheated pool was unusable.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. abdufattah, the doorman, and hakimah, from client relations, were especially helpful with anything i needed. i found them super professional and caring. their eye for customer service is amazing.

the breakfast options were not clear to me. omelets were not offered right away when i entered the area. i wish it had been clearer upon seating.

The hotel has a prime location next to popular spots and a vibrant city atmosphere. I found it easy to walk to clubs and other attractions nearby. The room was quite nice. I appreciated the great view from the balcony. The rooftop area seemed underused, yet its accessibility added value.

The check-in process was a little slow, compared to other five-star hotels I have visited.

The location is excellent. It is very central for exploring the area. The hotel's location is in a high-end area near La Medina. This allowed us to be close to La Medina, but avoid the busiest parts of the city.

The room service was slow, and some requests I made were completely forgotten. I asked for extra towels that never arrived. The noise level from nearby streets was high. I could hear traffic clearly at all hours, the soundproofing could be better. The television had limited channel options. The selection was disappointing. The lack of attention to these details detracted from the overall experience.

the breakfast buffet had a variety of cheeses, fresh breads, pastries, fruits, veggies, salads, and moroccan dishes so there was something for everyone

The check-in was not smooth i had to wait longer than expected compared to other 5-star hotels. during check-in, i was asked to leave a review before even seeing the room which felt quite presumptuous. the pool service was also slow. It took 20 minutes and several requests to get towels
