Really good Stay with Great Service
professional staff quick resolution seamless experience
This hotel offered really good service. The staff demonstrated genuine professionalism and attentiveness. I particularly appreciated the quick resolution of a minor room issue. The team ensured a seamless and pleasant experience throughout my stay.
The gym had limited equipment for the number of guests.

The main buffet restaurant features a variety of food selections. Breakfast included 8-10 types of fresh fruit juices and diverse vegetable options. Dinner had themed options each night and drinks were reasonably priced. The restaurant staff provided quick service.

The room had a comfortable bed and air conditioning. Cleaning was done to a high standard. The view from the balcony was fine with clear sightlines.

Excellent food and staff
delicious food friendly staff
The food was amazing. It's really delicious and the half board option is worth it. The staff were friendly and efficient, especially at the buffet restaurant. They also made my birthday very special with cava, roses, and chocolates in the room. dinner on the terrace with amazing sunset views.

The pools and grounds are fantastic. The hotel is located by the dunes. It offers walking distance to nightlife at Cita or Yumbo. It's a little further. The bars are great, and i loved the wine and the cocktails.

Rooms are comfortable. The hotel swaps towels twice a day. The room safe is free this year. Some men still moan about trousers in dining room, while women have short skirts, but it adds class.

The restaurant has a great choice for all. I am vegan. There is always a choice with labeling. The attentive service is present in the dining room. Any clarity needed, the staff are happy to help at ANY point

The reception team is amazing, i thank virginia and loretta for giving us the desired rooms. Service at the table was excellent. Everyone was always smiling. The team is very helpful and cannot do enough to be of service.

charmed stay at this gem
great location lovely furnishing vegan options
the location is fantastic and the furnishing is just lovely. i found the service to be very friendly and helpful. the food was amazing!!! i especially appreciated all the vegan options available at the buffet.
i noticed some guests were reserving sunbeds early in the morning. this made it difficult to find available loungers later in the day. the hotel could perhaps manage this better.

the grounds are very calm and relaxing. i saw great pools too. entertainment had some limitations, but the tui night was a lot of fun and totally free.

pleasant staff nearby bar evening entertainment early clash
The staff were all pleasant. This added to my stay. There are plenty of bars nearby if you want to go out.
The safe required a payment. I thought the evening entertainment started too early and clashed with dinner.

extensive food great welcome high quality
I found the staff provided a great welcome upon arrival. Check-in occurred quickly after a long journey. The food selection felt extensive. it had high quality.
The gym lacked some necessary maintenance. A treadmill was out of order. The stationary bike showed some wear and tear, needing replacement soon.

high standard fine view air conditioning
i found the rooms to be a good size with a fine view. cleaning was done to a very high standard and the hotel was super clean. the air conditioning worked very well after refurbishment. i had a double room with a balcony sea view.
the gym could definitely benefit from some extra equipment.
