I loved the friendly staff. Their service was excellent. the quiet garden areas allowed for sunbathing away from the pool, great. its close proximity to medina and souks made exploring so easy. i loved the drinks. The breakfast had a great selection!

The hotel boasts a great location, taxis are just outside. Very convenient. the pool areas and garden space are lovely. the hotel offers plenty of activities, i had a lot of fun. the rooms are spacious and some offer a hot tub with sun loungers, great!

The hotel location is fantastic. Taxis are right outside! the staff were so cute and accommodating. i especially loved the pool areas and the beautiful garden space. I found plenty of activities to keep me entertained. my room was very spacious. I had a hot tub and sun loungers right outside.
the entertainment music was loud. i could hear it from my room.

The food was delicious and varied. I especially loved the buffet. the service was wonderful. Staff like fatima and amir were friendly and efficient. head chef said and his team provided delicious meals.

The double room pool view offered plenty of space and comfort. it included comfortable beds and modern decor. I had no issues! the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. I found it super clean.

The hotel provides access to multiple pools. I spent time at each one. the gardens are beautifully maintained. I appreciated the fruit trees and scenic spots. the spa offers various treatments, including massages.

The staff were attentive and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. tui reps nicki, zinib, laura and lucas offered valuable tips and entertainment. I felt well taken care of. reception staff were also diligent and customer-focused!

the alcoholic drinks were quite limited there was no gin or local whiskey available the cocktails often lacked flavour i found this disappointing especially considering the all-inclusive nature of the stay the food variety at the buffet was also limited with short service times this affected my overall dining experience negatively

friendly stafffantastic animation
i loved the excellent staff. they were always friendly and ready to help with anything i needed. the animation team, including mia, dino, and michael, did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained. bar staff were always smiling and the restaurant staff were equally amazing.

mixed feelings about the stay

the location was quite good, just a short walk to the souks.
the music was very loud from the entertainment near the pool, it disturbed me even in my room. i wasn't impressed with the food because many dishes included spices and tasted similar daily. the cocktails also weren't great because of the excessive amounts of spirits they added.

the staff were nice. all staff were amazing throughout the hotel. the location is central with fabulous grounds. i found lots of activities to participate in. there was no pressure if i wanted to sit back and chill.
the room smelt of smoke. they wiped all the surfaces with alcohol. the corridors in the hotel were freezing. i found the food generic. it was what you'd expect from an all inclusive and a let down. soft drinks were not bottled for taking to the room.

The location was acceptable. I could walk to places without too much trouble.
I booked a "Double room Jacuzzi", but it was right under a nightclub. The pounding music and people jumping kept me awake until 1 AM. Then, the staff moved furniture until later. Complaining to reception got me nowhere since the club is not part of the hotel.
