Excellent Stay at a Stylish Location

convenient location quality restaurants helpful staff
I found the location within the Puente Romano resort very convenient. Many high-quality restaurants are very close, so finding dining options was easy. Breakfast at Chironguito had a lovely staff. The food was very good there. Housekeeping came twice a day, which I definitely appreciated.
Music from the nearby plaza was quite audible in my room until late at night. This made it difficult to sleep soundly. I wish the noise levels could be reduced.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to room service. My room was very comfortable and included many extra amenities. The cleaning was really good and the bathroom was well-equipped.
The free beach sunbeds were situated in a less desirable part of the beach.

service issues detracted from the stay

the location was acceptable, with many restaurants and bars nearby.
The promised digital concierge was a letdown. I expected proactive support. restaurant reservations were missed. i found this unacceptable for a hotel in this category.
