The location is unbeatable. It made exploring the area simple. The outdoor pool was fabulous. I enjoyed several relaxing afternoons there. I found the staff helpful. They assisted with all my questions.

The location near Taksim Square was convenient for transportation and access to attractions.
I encountered several issues the housekeeping was not up to par as they seemed undertrained in customer service. The spa area also lacked cleanliness and the staff did not exhibit adequate training in customer service. I found these service gaps surprising for a hotel of this supposed standard.

the breakfast had pretty much enough options, we enjoyed a lot. ms hazan and elif were so friendly and kind with us, i am so thankful. manager mrhasan was so helpful too!
the room was not as clean as expected! and the air conditioning did not work properly. the staff were slow to respond to complaints though the overall service did not match the price we paid.

Perfect Experience

The location is strategic. It is directly across from a square. Restaurants and stores surround the hotel. They have their own taxi stand. The gym is well-equipped and accessible from 7am to 10pm. The meeting room on the 19th floor offers great views of the square.
The room was not as bright as I thought it would be. Lighter colors could definitely brighten it up.

The breakfast restaurant manager showed great care.. He inquired about our needs each morning, our coffee cups remained full. He even assisted us in delivering breakfast to our room when our child could not join us at the restaurant.
