I found the breakfast had many options. The pool area is very beautiful, I enjoyed it. The accommodation was large and comfortable. The shower worked well.
Communication proved very difficult . Most staff claimed English proficiency, it was minimal. This made the hotel not very English-friendly. Staff often argued with guests and could seem rude. They demanded tips for services.

the pool bar was alright.
I found a few issues . the air conditioning in the beautiful room twin beds garden view seemed centrally controlled (and not very effective). getting extra towels was surprisingly difficult. I had to ask several times. these inconveniences detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel has four swimming pools. two pools are for kids and two are for adults. three or four restaurants offer different styles such as italian and moroccan. i also noticed the mini bar at the swimming pools, it seemed convenient.
the gym only has old equipment.
