the hotel is slightly worn and could use some refurbishment.

this hotel provided a very relaxing stay! i had a room with super comfortable twin beds. a house keeping lady cleaned the room beautifully. the food at the buffet restaurant displayed beautifully and tasted delicious

i found it a little hard to know where i would be collected from afterwards, not ideal.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The gym on site is massive!!! It includes modern equipment. The shuttle into the medina ran fairly regularly. I found the heated pool very nice for the winter months. Its temperature was well-kept and comfortable, offering a good swimming experience.

The reception setup was more confusing than necessary. It features two sides. The side you expect to handle specific tasks often does not. I had to navigate both sides to get my inquiries addressed.

I found the staff polite and hospitable. Manager Samir went out of his way to ensure our needs were met. Chef Nour helped me a lot with my vegetarian diet, it was really great. The hotel was kept clean and tidy. I really enjoyed it.

The pool days was disturbed by heavy drilling equipment. Extensive gardening took place making it hard to walk around the pool. I found it a little treacherous.
