the hotel smelled pleasant and the premises were notably clean. staff members, particularly at the concierge desk, provided excellent tour planning services. i found the waiters consistently helpful and friendly, especially hamid.
i encountered several small insects and cockroaches within the room, quite bothersome. the air conditioning was not very effective, resulting in an uncomfortably warm environment. i felt the overall quality did not justify the price paid.

the breakfast was good it provided a variety of options. staff were polite and professional especially ilham. live music played by the dj in the pool area was very enjoyable.
the room had an interconnecting door the room next door was empty for a few days but i could hear every word once it was occupied. all inclusive guests have to wear yellow wristbands. the hotel is on a busy road so i heard traffic throughout the night.

i found the setting quite beautiful and relaxing. the staff were very helpful, and there were many activities available. the buffet offered a wide choice of food and the rooms were very spacious. i would happily return for another visit. i found the free shuttle very useful. it made trips into the city easy. the staff was attentive to my requests. i was always greeted with a smile and prompt service.
