The breakfast was amazing. I could taste almost everything there.

The room was not cleaned , even after I complained several times at the reception. Staff just ignored me and said it was not their job! I also found a bathtub without a plug, so I couldn't even take a bath.

The room was hot. even with assistance, the temperature did not decrease. the cleanliness was poor. The room was filthy. the inside bath seemed very dated.

The breakfast buffet had a very great variety of choices. I also appreciated the clean and spacy rooms. The bed was comfortable.

The air conditioning system was not working properly. It was stuck in winter mode. There was also a bad smell of acetone in the room. Technicians did some paintwork.
