Wonderful Stay with Excellent Amenities!

The hotel features a private beach, perfect for experiencing the Dead Sea. I found the swimming pools clean, spacious, and relaxing. Breakfast included many quality options. The room offered a good size and amenities. It.
The hotel didn't offer complimentary water. This seemed inconvenient. Buying water from the hotel was expensive. I think this is something that should be addressed as a better value for money

There were multiple shallow pools appropriate for children, some included playgrounds. I noticed an adults-only pool to ensure a quiet space for relaxation. It was well-kept.

the breakfast buffet had a decent variety.
the check-in process was not smooth. the staff seemed disorganized, and i waited longer than expected. also, the promised mud soap gift for the room never materialized. they said they had run out, which was like a poor excuse.

i stayed two nights. this resort has multiple pools.. i watched the sunset from the room i was given. the dinner was so delicious. the staff was always helpful. they had a belly dancing show and live music in the evening. i really enjoyed the stay
the carts to the beach were not available all the time. the beach area needs improvement. i think some of the furniture is old.. i wish the hotel had valet parking.

the hotel provided easy dead sea access through a private beach with showers i found this very convenient. the breakfast buffet had a huge choice of freshly prepared food i really enjoyed this. my room featured a very clean modern shower it worked perfectly.

The room had dead sea mud products in the bathroom. the hotel location is near a mall. It is about a fifteen minute walk. the hotel has pools and a private beach away from other hotel beaches.
