My room seemed dated. the shower was old and needs an upgrade. I do not expect a shower over a bath in a 5-star hotel..

The air conditioning in the room seemed stuck at 24 degrees Celsius. Adjusting the controls made no difference. The bathroom was outdated with a shower head over a small bath. the breakfast service resembled a circus with too many guests crammed into a small space. My coffee order never arrived.
