friendly staff delicious food great service
The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly, i found that to be good. the food in la veranda restaurant was delicious. It was a real treat. aqib satti greeted us at the door and guided us to the lobby. This service was great!
the bathroom being completely open was a bit annoying, and water did go everywhere.

spacious suite breakfast variety convenient location
I appreciated the room upgrade to a family classic junior suite city view. It was very spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options each morning. I found the location convenient. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

The staff greeted me with smiles. The room was always clean thanks to the daily housekeeping. I found the location quite convenient for accessing different parts of the city. It really helped me.
I had difficulty adjusting the room temperature during the day. It made it hard to maintain a comfortable environment for working.

clean room convenient location good breakfast
the room was clean, big and cool. the hotel is close to restaurants and markets which is good. breakfast offered a good variety. the staff was very kind and they adapted to my requests.
the valet gave me different pieces of information. i felt he was not being direct or honest.
