the staff was very helpful. they maintain room cleanliness, i find it admirable. i also appreciate the availability of taxis 24 hours. the window view also offers nice scenery.
the pool was under maintenance . it was not clearly communicated before my arrival. this limited my recreational options.

dirty poolstaff harassment
the staff, especially that filipino woman, hassled me constantly about my room reservation. even after i showed it, she kept asking, but only me, not my husband. it seemed like harassment! also, the pool was really dirty, and that same lifeguard gave me a hard time about showering before swimming, even when my hair was already wet from using my own expensive products. i think the pool needs cleaning way more than i needed another shower.

The Belgian Beer bar had very good food, and I found the breakfast selection quite satisfying. The staff was helpful and attentive during breakfast service. I found the room comfortable, and it provided great value for money.
I had to call the reception multiple times to get slippers for my room.
