this hotel impressed me with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite upon check-in, this gesture being perfect for my needs. the spacious suite gave me room and comfort, i got everything ready easily. the staff showed really good service and were very good too. i found the special touch really added to the value.

the lovely receptionist louie surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade and that was a great start to my stay. a customer service representative gave me a warm welcome call. she checked if everything was fine and if i needed anything.

The front desk team was accommodating and handled requests efficiently. Arshad, the bellboy, assisted with luggage. Housekeeping took pride in their work, keeping the room clean (I always appreciate a clean space!).

The room ventilation was not ideal.

i stayed in a premium king room. valet parking was free, a detail i appreciated. i saw several restaurants and shops located very close to the hotel. there was also free shuttle service to yas marina for those with tickets to attractions.

the thermostat did not allow settings below 23 degrees celsius.
