adequate stay with some issues

old towels weak air conditioning

the location was acceptable it was close to where i needed to be.

the air conditioning barely worked the room was too warm the window only opened a crack it didn't let in enough cool air the towels felt old they were fraying at the edges it was disappointing overall.

the breakfast had a huge menu. leyla did a great job cute guests. she helped her colleagues a lot too. the hotel service is really good.

the rooms need maintenance big time. the windows did not latch properly. the sinks were clogged.

The check-in process was quite efficient and the reception team gave me a friendly welcome. My room was ready early. This accommodated my arrival. The staff remained friendly and helpful . My room offered necessary comforts and featured a good view.

The gym was somewhat small.
